Frank Welty presented wtih 2009 Wyoming Main Street Leadership Award
Frank Welty was presented wtih the 2009 Wyoming Main Street Leadership Award on May 11th, 2009 at "Living Uptairs" in Wyoming" banquet, sponsored by Wyoming Main Street, the State Historic Preservation Office, and the Wyoming Arts Council.
"Frank Welty's contribution to the success of the Dubois Main Street Program has been invaluable over the last year. Frank's tireless efforts in fundraising and building awareness and support for the revitalization of downtown Dubois are truly outstanding. It's important to remember, also, that the Wyoming Main Street Leadership Award reflects not only on the great job done by Frank Welty, but also on the strength of the program as a whole, and the excellent leadership qualities shown by its other board members."
