February 22-24, 2011 The GRO-Biz Conference & Idea Expo will be held in Evanston at the beautifully renovated Roundhouse. This event is a combination of two conferences: GRO-Biz, sponsored by the Wyoming Entrepreneur Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) and U.S. Senator Mike Enzi and the IDEA Expo, sponsored by the Wyoming Business Council.

Start Your Own Business Classes in Second Life |
Mark Atkinson, Wyoming Entrepreneur SBDC director and eCommerce Specialist, is teaching two small business classes (seminars) in the 3-D virtual world, Second Life, at our facility called Wyoming Entrepreneur Island.
February 10th at 12 noon. This is a business startup class for starting a Wyoming small business in Real Life, although the basic principles apply to a business in any environment. Free registration link.

Monthly Social Networking Discussions |
Interested in learning more about how to use the different social networking sites? Are you an expert and want to share your knowledge about social networking?
We are introducing a monthly virtual discussion session. The next discussion will be held February 28 (fourth Monday of every month) from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM. Join us for 10 minutes or the whole hour. We will be using GoToMeeting, so you will need a headset with a microphone. We will concentrate on Facebook questions for February.
